I've read through the ebook by RP 'The Scientific Principles of Strength Training', and while I retained a fair bit of it, I feel like most of it has left my head. I decided to reread through it, and basically write out all the information from the textbook onto a hard copy for myself, but condensing it, but it's very long winded, and I'm only 50 pages into the 300+ page ebook.
I would prefer to just be able to read through it and retain more information, especially since I'm going to be going through the Hypertrophy book of the similar name, and want to retain that info too.
Does anyone know how best to go about this, or where I can find info on how to do this?
