How to depyrogenate vials at home?

I don't have any special equipment other than an oven, but I've read that it can break the vials due to cold spots and such. It may not be as effective.

Do you have any idea?

Lots of people use an oven.

Just do not pre heat it.

Put the vials in when the over is still cold so they gradually heat up with the over.

What about rubber stoppers? I don't own a pressure cooker or an autoclave.

You can soak them into alcohol then bake them in low temp.

But... tbh unless you are doing large batches, which on that case you should own an autoclave, is better to just buy the vials sterilized...
