How to safely transfer oil from ampoules to vials

Obviously the safest way would be to just buy vials, but with most pharma, only ampoules are available. So here's a breakdown of how to do it.

Step 1: Buy pre-sterilized pre-sealed vials from Amazon
Step 2: Break 10 ampoules and draw up the oil in a 10ml syringe with an 18G filter needle (to prevent broken shards/glass from going in)
Step 3: Transfer the oil to the sterilized vial using a 21G needle

Is it that simple?

I haven't found much information on the forum, except for some people advocating against it and others saying just preload insulin syringes.

Simple as that. Just stick another needle in your vial to prevent pressure build up. So one needle brings oil in the vial and the other needle let the air scape
