How we doing?

What's up everyone,

Been reading up on the forum since earlier this month and have to say you guys are awesome, already learned more than I thought possible and I'd like to introduce myself so I can continue to lean from all of you and start to contribute to the board.

I'm 26 years old, 5'11" , currently 180 and ~12% bodyfat (which is big for me). Been lifting since I was 16 and really got into it freshman year of college and have been pretty consistent since, especially in the past 2 years. I love the gym atmosphere not only to see weights go up and progress in the mirror but also for the mental aspects of it and stress relief. It's a healthy addiction for me as I'm sure it is for many of you as well.

I'm very into nutrition and am a true believer that what goes into your body is just as (if not more) important than effort you put out in the gym (obviously both are important thought). That being said, I have been tracking macros for a few years now and learning my body the best that I can.

I enjoy working on strength in the winter and looks in the summer but never really do a "dirty bulk, aim to keep BF under 15% due to personal preference.. I enjoy looking somewhat aesthetic but am definitely not huge at only 180lbs (high 160s during cutting) so gains come slowly.

I do not have any AAS experience and for now just enjoy reading up on all the compounds and how they affect different people. This site is amazing in that regard and I hope that I can contribute to the knowledge and experiences on here.
