Been away for awhile, lost reply access, and realized I never made an intro here.
I spent my teens and 20s power lifting (everyone here loves pushing heavy things right?) But of course I ignored advice to take thing slow and give my self time to recover I got to go through many injuries ending any hope of going pro.
Now days due to injuries and other health issues I'm here for personal health and continued education. Thanks all for contributing knowledge and experience
