Been lurking for a while now trying to learn as much as I can. I'm 37 and have been lifting for almost 4 years. Prior I was a fat ass, 6'0" and 250. Down to around 195 now with much more muscle and strength. Still trying to get my diet on point and cut down to about 10-12%bf (currently at about 18%). I'm not ready to cycle, maybe in a year or so or maybe never. I just like having a lot of information.
