Howdy

Hi all,

Early 20s Male. Still very new to this but doing my best to learn a little bit more each day. I love lifting, working out so my "main" goal is to boost recovery a bit so I can train hard more frequently but like everyone else thats mostly so I can get strong and look good. Just hoping to avoid any nasty sides. Deathly afraid of screwing up my skin and making myself look a lot older or going bald haha so I'm trying to a lot of due diligence before I hop on anything
