To build an impressive physique. I previously shredded down to 150, the abs finally popped. Since then I e upped my macros, with the into adding muscle. And went away, and I’m having a hard time telling if I’m doing this right or not. Here’s everything I’m doing.

I plan to increase the Test to 500 weekly. Titrating up. Looking for any feedback, positive or negative. Fucking tired of being small. I’ve been lifting for 5 years now. Started fat, then got to skinny fat. Went back to being fat, then got shredded. Now I am still lean, but “fuzzy”.
