@tileguy123 bro your in great shape for having so many injuries and seem to be hanging in there regardless of all your going thru. How tall are you? It looks like you have great genetics,Which I believe play the biggest factor in the world of bodybuilding. It's crazy I kind of feel sometimes meso is like an alter ego at times an glad I found this place before any other. I've actually built a few great friendships which my life has been lacking since becoming a father a few months back. You mentioned tennis elbow, I actually have some issue going on in my left elbow which I don't know why it is. You also mentioned our weight on and off cycle, to keep it real I just finally surpassed a weight goal of 200 lbs, before meso their were so many things I thought I knew so I will remain forever grateful to members of this community!
 
Guys I'm 25 and have a boat load of nagging injuries. I used to get really depressed about them, especially one I got into fitness/bodybuilding. Horribly flat feet, un-fused - SI joint and several herniated discs in lower lumbar, labral tears of undisclosed magnitude (no scope), and currently biceps tendinitis and some shit in both quad tendons. Only thing I can't do how I want is squat (any form) and flat bb bench, and weighted dips. And I will def squat and maybe flat bench again someday without surgery. After strengthing glutes/hams/lower back I was able to pull 345 for 2 decent reps without fuckin myself up. I modify workouts to do everything I can, all DB presses, strict form, nothing lower than 5RM, only lifting 3-4x week and using off days for stretching/strengthing-foam rolling- prehab/ rehab work. Forget the ego listen to your body, train smart and consistently. No I can't do everything I like but I still manage to improve my physique on a weekly/ monthly basis.

@tileguy123 I can't promise you nothin but I really feel like peptides helped me clear up 2 different connective tissue problems on 2 diff occasions. I'm usin ghrp-6 / cjc no DAC right now. In the future I'll just stick with ghrp cuz I can tell when it's legit, cjc I have no idea of knowing without serum testing. Ever thought about slin? I'm gonna use it in my pct to hold on to some mass. Like $25 at walmart and it'll last like 6 months. I used it a few times the other week and got noticeable fullness off it. Btw u look big for 179 no homo. Keep ur head up and work around ur injuries while they heal. Bbing sux if all it does is make u depressed and stress u out
 
Will you explain the GHRP-6 a bit further HD? and thank you for the compliment. My arms look big but there only 16.5 . i cant imagine how ill look with 18s and thats about my goal. Just as you said I have to train around the injuries, and Im smart about it. My warm up is like 20min on a foam roller and stretching. and i cool off with the same routine. Ive damn near stopped all cardio except my supersets, as Im already burning too much during my lifts.

Well any growth hormone releasing peptide ( ghrp) will initiate a GH pulse from the pituitary. This natural GH has a shorter half life than synthetic but u can 'milk' the pituitary for it's GH like 3-4 times a day. Baseline GH is like 1ng/dl, after ghrp u can get a serum of 30-40 (clinical grade stuff ) ppl consider synthetic GH good when serums come back >20 from 10iu. Synthetic is prob best way to go for results but $200-300 for a months supply when $60 gets u all the peps u need for the month. Ghrp+ghrh (cjc no DAC ) can give u levels high as fuck but *ive heard* cjc is fragile and often faked an I can't feel it working whereas 200mcg shot ghrp-6 will make me wanna eat 1000cals. If a company has good ghrp-6, u can assume the ghrp-2 or ipam is good ( stronger ghrp's, but less side effects so hard to 'feel'). Ghrp alone. Take 200mcg 3x day on emptyish stomach (if insulin present in bloodstream it will blunt GH pulse, GH an insulin are like opposites) wait a few min after pinning to eat (15min). Pinning is a pain at first. I just use one insulin needle day, and wash it out with a lil rubbing alcohol before nxt use. Whew long type

But srs if u want non-hormonal gains insulin is the shit. And honestly u have to be an idiot to fuck it up. It's super simple, just eat carbs, an u won't even know it's in you

Good stuff hotdog! I've been stacking Cjc no dac w ghrp2, and hex at night. Every morning my hands and feet are so swollen I has to stop running it.
 
Yea there is a hundred peptide co. I have only used purchasepeps and pepbridge ... In future I will try diff companies. I don't wanna endorse any as yet.

But yea basically. They don't just help release it, they make that mofo ejaculate growth hormone all up in ur bloodstream. Ghrp-6 is only one that makes u real hungry, I've heard ghrp-2 can do but I haven't used it yet. Switchin in a couple days.
