HST calculator

i am swithing to HST and on the web site there is a calculator to help map a program. At the end it has a 2RP (neg) column what is this? i have read the whole article and many more but dont understand the Negative part. should i do these or just skip them . Thanks for the help and i am really looking forward to this i think i have reached a platau, i havnt really seen an changes in the last year and i hope this is what i need.
 
If you dont have a workout partner, skip the negs. I would actually just do another 2 weeks at 5 reps, or try 3 reps. Usually at that point my joints are ready for a break and might not be able to handle the 3 reps. But you can make that decision as you work into the 5s.
 
Thanks for the info! i quess that makes alot of sense no partner no NEG's. i think i will give the 3 reps a shot and see how i do . thanks again.

I'm in that block, I'm doing 5 rep at MR for the two weeks. no negs for me. Since I started HST I've keeped my body weight at around 198lbs 5'91/2" but my bodyfat has dropped alot so I'm happy with it so far......11
 
good deal. I would pick the 5's for 2 more weeks rather than 3's or negs also
