well just finished my last workout of 10's and i really am ejoying HST alot. When i went to 10's i started doing all my lifting on the same day because of the lower reps (less time in gym). i still do my cardio on tus.thu.sat. i think when i get to threes i will do cardio on same day and rest all other days. My weight has stayed the same but i think i lost a little BF i might be around 10-12% range now and i think when i started it was maybe 12-15%.
the only thing that is holding me back is my diet. i have very limited acces to what and when i can eat. it really sucks! i know that iam not gitting enough calories in my diet and that is why iam not gaining weight but i will try to get it up .
my last day of tens really felt good iam looking forward to 5 then i will go to threes. i dont have a lifting partner so they will have to do .
the only thing that i think i need is a new BIcep exersise i was doing DB curls but i cant get reall strick movement with heavier wheights. They only preacher curl i have access to is the Hammer Stringht machine with plates. should i do these ,or i do have an ARM BLASTER (oldie but godie) with ez bar or DB , what do you guys think would be best both i can get good form with and not cheat?
Also my calfs hurt all week i usualy do treadmill cardio with a 10-15% grade is this bad for calf development , maybe iam possible over training them. do you think i should go to a bike or eliptical machine? Well i think that is all for now sorry about the spelling most of it is fatfingered and i dont like to reread.
