I am into my 5th week of HST....i did the 15s, 10s, now Im doin 8s. I was skeptical at first as well, but damn is this one great program. I used to do Max-OT, and that is a great program as well, but HST is totally different and its a nice change. Strength is steadily increasing and with the "help" im getting, my body composition is chaning drastically. EVERYONE is noticing. My main concern was scoring higher on my physical fitness test.....after 4 weeks of HST, I maxed that son of a bitch out!!! Went from doin 75 pushups in a minute and a half, to doin 106 pushups in 1.5 mintues. Situps were the same deal! I was all pumped about it. Cant wait to get into the 5 rep weeks. I did take Bob Smith's advice about being careful and not lifting too much weight from my "new found strength". Its very tempting to load on those plates, but I dont want to hurt myself. Gains are amazing and I have 7-9 more weeks to go. Anyone who is skeptical about the program- no worries!!! If you follow the directions, eat right, and sleep, you are going to grow. Peace
