To help with your forearms you could try Cable wrist curls. If you havent done them before, use your thigh to help stabilize your arm, do these with your palms facing up and only have your hand move inward toward your wrist. 4 sets of 10 once per week.

I've done every imaginable forearm workout and have had super size gains from each... But doc says I was blessed with great genetics. and a huge, enormous, monsterous sized...

I am not that big of a guy but I have always loved to do lots of straight bar curls for my bicep work and I have always had very developed forearms for my size. I have no doubt that the heavy straight bar work has helped tremendously with my forearms.

I didnt read all the post so if this was said sorry for being redundant
