Human Growth Hormone and Thyroid Eye Disease

I have thyroid eye disease, and was recently recommended to start Tepezza by my eye surgeon to treat. I inquired about interactions between HGH and Tepezza…but let’s just say they seemed more interested in talking about insurance coverage and payment options than answering my questions. From the Tepezza website sectioned Mechanism of Action of Tepezza:

“TEPEZZA works at the source to block IGF-1R, a key driver of Thyroid Eye Disease (TED) pathophysiology throughout the course of the disease. By inhibiting IGF-1R, TEPEZZA produces quantifiable changes to the tissues behind the eye. Tepezza binds to IGF-1R and blocks it’s activation and signaling.”

So would be a medication that interacts negatively with rhGH?

Also, even without the Tepezza, is using rhGH something that would aggravate TED? Here are a couple studies:

Growth hormone and insulin-like growth factor 1 affect the severity of Graves’ Disease

Thyroid-related ophthalmopathy development in concurrence with growth hormone administration
