I am about to start my first cycle

well if you don't want to screw anything up then do more reading....You want to get ripped up but you want to use Deca only....Cmon bro do yourself a favor and starting readin this shit religiously........You could probly stuff your face with food, train hard, and gain a shitload of weight with a little fat.....While your doin that read up abunch about this stuff...Then come back with a good cutting cycle or something, and love the results more.....But if your set on pumpin yourself full of drugs, then do the right thing and read, read, read......Read all the posts, all the profiles..............Later
 
bro, definitely read, read and then read some more. aas are serious and extreme. just because a whole bunch of guys are using it on the internet does not change this fact. deca is the last thing a newbie should be using and you'd better know all the facts before you attempt to ever use it or you'll have some serious problems that will make you feel like utter shit.

that said what are your stats bro? what is your training history and your goals. also at 165lb, you want to rip up? wtf?!!! unless you're 5 feet tall, that's pretty light-weight. what are you going to rip down to? 145 ethiopian lbs? how about you put on some more weight first, then consider ripping up?

so read, get your thoughts together, post your stats and a reasonable cycle and then we can all help you to tweak it out. but, please, for your own sake, do some work bro.
 
Thanks Jon for the quick response...My problem is that this was the only thing available to me as of now. I would really like to have had Winny instead but like I said, this was the only current option. Thank you for your help...I just was worried about gyno and other side effects. I have done some "homework" just would like to discuss this with someone with experience.

bro get some high quality iso-whey, micro-creatine, and some liver-pills (yes they do work), and some good vitamins......forget about the juice, you are not ready for it, and def not big enough....damn i just thought about it....i out weigh you by like 100LBS.....damn....LOL... :D

just read more, lift more, eat more, and youll be fine.....LP
 
Regardless of your weight--- as alot of guys on here like to talk shit about smaller guys-- tiny tim (j/k) -you could be short
However if you want to get ripped, you can do it without aas--

The bottome line is you arent ready for aas-- you need to know the effects--positive and negative(deca alone is bad news), what certain ones are better for, etc

Do some research, read all the profiles, gain alot of weight so you have something to cut up(if your arent short) then later on you will be prepared for aas

Or just do a bunch of ab work and cardio if you want to look like gay abercrombie models :p

I really appreciate the input from all you guys...good and bad. I have a small frame and would like to put on about 10 more lbs. of muscle, and of coarse keep the same build. This is what I was hoping to achieve with this 1st cycle.

3. You need to do much more research on this subject. It is really easy to screw up. LIsten to the bros here, they are experienced.

HERE is a much better cycle:

500mg/wk Iranian Test enanthate (2 injections @ 250mg's)

400 mg/wk EQ (2 injections per week at 200mg's ea)

Run .5 mg each day of Arimidex to keep the water weight down, and prevent gyno (bitch tits).

people might tell you to start with 250mg/wk test, but thats a waste of time.

Hit it hard, gain as much muscle as possible in 10 weeks, then cut up for four weeks. try to arrange the cutting part while still on AAS as you'll preserve more muscle.
 
one more thing...

make sure you have some CLOMID to run @ 100mg's a day for 2 weeks after your last injection, then drop down to 50mg/ed for 30 more days. This will help recover your HPTA (test levels).

RECOVERY IS ESSENTIAL to keeping gains.

I agree with telling him he needs clomid - but not 100 mgs a day for two weeks - thats to much -

300 mgs the first day 100 for 10 days 50 for ten days - continue if felt it is needed at 50 mgs for another week
