i am looking to loose wieght HELP PLEASE

hey wats up guys i am looking to loose weight i am 250 mlbs 6'1 and i.. am 19 years old and wana shed sonme pounds before big trip in 7 months at cancun...i heard high protien low carb diets work good...i am alredy doing cardio running 2-3 miles 6 days a week just need some help witht he dieting and some cardio tips

I gave you some good info yesterday ayo0itssantt. What exactly do you need to know? One thing you have to realize is that eating healthy and dieting are two different things. Most people who are serious about lifting consider healthy eating a way of life not a diet. The lot of these guys even on a cutting phase need only to cut back on calories because they already eat healthy to begin with.:D
 
yea i know that u cant just diet and stuff...and people change the way they eat for ever instead of a short teram can just break down a high protien way of eating for me
 
Here is a decent start.
Breakfast: Two egg whites and one cup plain oatmeal use splenda not sugar,1 banana.
10:00 A.M. Whey protein shake
Lunch: grilled boneless skinless chicken breast and brown rice
late afternoon or evening whey protein shake
dinner: grilled fish and veggies, sweet potatoe or brown rice
You can have whole wheat spaggetti sometimes but should be during daytime for energy and carbs
if you drink milk make sure it's lowfat
eat fruits for snacks instead of sweets:D

alright thank you i appriate it so much i am going to do this...how much do u think i can loose if i do that way of eating....and run 3 miles aday 5 or 6 days a week
 
You need to do cardio like powerwalks and also strenght-training. A high protein-intake is improtant to save musclemass, 2g for every kilo bodyweight, caffein and green te can speed up your metabolism.

HMB are another a supplement that can be a benefit when you're cutting. Start of cutting 500 calories every day, cut the carbs more and more every week, start of with eating 250-200g and maybe and with 120g.

roby pretty much gave me this same diet , i have been folowing it pretty close with a few substitutions and i am the same size as you ........ started two weeks ago today and have dropped 7 lbs as of this morning......
