I broke my arm once while on a cycle. I was arm wrestling and obvioously lost. Anyways there no sense in letting the rest of your gains go to waist. Get creative and try to train all your body parts without utilizing your broken hand. You'd be surprised at what you can do. Find a good training partner too. The exercise and the anabolic state that your in will accelerate the healing process. My doctor was amazed at how fast I recovered in four weeks.
