This may be an interesting question for some people and I'd really appreciate feedback and opinions. I need some advice on the best bang for my buck I could get with a raws order that is right on 50 grams. I was thinking I could maybe get three or four bulking cycles as well as some more specific stuff on top? I've run three cycles in my time with various amounts of success, the best when I spent 5 months living and training in Thailand. Now one thing that may make me a touch different is that I have not been worried about out and out bulk, I have been happy to achieve some quality gains with strength being an important factor. Aside from lifting I also play Judo and BJJ so that needs to be part of the equation as well.
Soooo, if you were looking to get the best value out of your 50 gram order, if you were relatively gear naiive, what would you be ordering?
I am thinking of going with PPL as they seem to offer what I'm looking for plus the price is right.
I have been adding and removing stuff from my basket for a good few months now, trying to cover as many bases as possible. I would be hoping to get myself a decent supply for the next couple of years at least? At the moment I am not looking to get massive, but I am also not silly enough to think that once I get started on the gear, there's a decent chance I might come to like it and decide to keep on with it. I am getting to the age where I can feel the years catching up with me a little, so I reckon it's time for some decent hormonal intervention.
Obviously, a decent amount of the 50 grams is going to be test. Now am I right in thinking I may be better off sticking with longer esters and sort of front loading with other stuff so I'm not waiting a month or longer to see some results? If it isn't totally out of line (I'd appreciate some feedback on this from a mod?) would it be possible for me to post up the shopping list as it stands at the moment? That way some more experienced blokes could give me some feedback??
Basically, I have been reading as much as possible, but it does feel like there is somehow too much bloody information out there. At the moment I am planning on running multiple cycles, if all things go well although I want to be as safe as possible and take the necessary time to keep my health in check. I am currently 49 years old, I have been supplementing my grappling with regular weight training for more than a decade. I was never much of a weight trainer in my youth as I was pretty active playing football and squash at a pretty competitive level as well as some different martial arts, but I got started in my early 30s when I took up grappling in a reasonably serious way. I think I weighed maybe 65kg back then and nowadays I fluctuate between 80/85.
Sooo, any advice is quite welcome
