And I've seriously fell off hard. I didnt return to drug use or anything like that but I've been in a bit of a Michael Douglas "Falling Down" kinda of quasi depression of sorts.
I stopped worrying about diet and started consuming whatever i felt like eating without a second thought. One of the reasons I slowed down with the aas is because I just didnt feel healthy, I looked good but didnt feel inside the way I looked on the outside. With that said I also dont feel healthy eating garbage like i have been lately. Marriage and career havent helped matters much either since it's been leading me towards a more laid back sedentary life, many injuries and turning the page to over 40yo isnt making things any easier either.
I think I can safely say I've lost most if not all of the gains i made from 2018 to 2020. I'm still the same weight but now I'm just fat and soft. It seems as though Covid took a lot of muscle mass off of my frame and it just depressed me further and kept me even further away from the bar and bench
I want to reverse the oncoming tide of obesity and plight of unhealthy living I've been leading. I'm going to start a log and I will post pictures of the before and after updates so yall can point and laugh at your old boy chump and maybe use my falling off as inspiration to not do as I did.
I will be using low dose anabolics to help get me going in the right direction when the time calls for it. For now I think I'm just going to stick to my trt dose and cut fat and then slowly build myself back up. What I dont want to do is to get back into being a pin cushion and I'd like to keep the overall combinex compound dosage to 400mg or less per week with 400 being the extreme.
Keep an eye out in this section for an upcoming log. This isnt a new year new me bullshit run, it's just me trying to get back on the level again. I'm starting by cleaning house and tossing all the cake mixes, cookies, and shit like that today and hitting the supermarket for fresh food.
Screw it! This will be the log. I plan to keep it going from January to January.
