not to sound like a jerk, but to say it is harder to lose fat while on AAS is crazy. that is only if you let the estrogen sides get out of hand (estrogen is what causes the fat gains, not testosterone)...among the other wonderful things testosterone does are that it increases metabolic rate and increases fat mobilization while decreasing fat synthesis... so, if the estrogen levels are reduced from normal due to an anti-estrogen and there is a heightened level of androgens in the body from AAS then fat burning is actually increased...the reason many people gain fat while on AAS is that they might be doing a bulking cycle and some estrogen can actually be benificial... and who cares about a little extra fat while bulking?...now if someone is a lard ass and they use AAS they are not going to just lean out, but the AAS can be an incredible catalyst for increasing muscularity and definition in a person who has a solid foundation and a reasonable amount of bodyfat...18 yrs old is too young, you need to build a solid foundation before you use AAS...also the hardening effect of winstrol is due to the fact that it cannot aromatize and has a decent androgenic effect which does the things I stated above
