I have a problem... ...need suggestions

Okay, you might remember me saying that my doc had me at 200mg every 10 days (Test Cyp). A blood test the day before my third 200mg shot revealed a level of 345ng/dl (normal: 400 - 1080).

So we decided to do 100mg every 5 days. A blood test the day before my 100mg shot revealed 'low-normal' levels of Testosterone. So now, he wants to scrap the whole 'every 5 days' thing (which I felt great on), and go to 250mg Test Cyp every 10 days.

I need a new Endo/Uro, or make this guy work with me. His nurse is playing advocate for me, because she's the only one that sees me. She knows that I feel great the first few days after my shot, but that the last few days before my next, I feel miserable.

Advice is greatly appreciated. Your time in reviewing this post is of the utmost value to me. Thanks.

how much do you weigh? age? i use 100 mgs of test and on the 7th day(the morning of my next injection),my levels are 610. my free test is also in a good range and estradiol is 24. what was your free tes and estradiol?

I'm 5'8'' - 206 pounds. So I'm a pretty hefty guy for my height.

My current endo doesn't test for 'Free' test and estradiol. But I'll be doing my own tests from now on at a walk-in clinic (it's like 80 bucks for Free Test and Estradiol).

How long after changing your regimen did you test. According to Swale it is supposed to take 5 weeks for blood levels to stabilise.

I am 280 lbs 5' 11" tall I am doing 150 mgs. of Depo T shots every week and my levels.
Total T = 686 range age >49 are 181 - 758 but my Dr. uses the range for a young man = 262 - 1593 ng/dL.
Free T =23.6 range age >59 are 5.6 - 19 but my Dr. uses the range for a young man = 8.8 -27 pg/mL
My E2 is 21 range <20 - 56 pg/mL
I just started on Hcg 500 IU's 3x's a week no test yet.
I feel dam good on this the best I have ever felt in the 21 yrs. I have been on TRT.
If you are in a lot of stress or pain it will eat up you T meds and you will test low like this.
You need to get as much rest as you can and try to relax I make this my number one thing on my list of to do things.
Also if your E2 is high it is hard to get you levels up when I got my E2 down my levels jumped way up. Plus it is the Free T that counts.

He does tests 30 days after changing my dosage. I'm going to start doing my own tests at a walkin clinic that is fairly cheap and reliable.

I think the main problem is my Endo. He only reads old protocol published by AACE. He first thought that every 10 days was too frequent.

I think I'm going to go for a Urologist that is more liberal in treatment. The hard part is tuning in after ruling out possible comorbidities.

I used the www.roidcalc.com and printed out the charts it makes. And I kept notes on how i felt on different regimes, and where i started to feel slow etc.

Showed it to my doc, he was cool with it.

Just makes it easy to explain, being in bar graphs etc.

I take 125mg E5D now. Day after shot i'm 31 (10-33) on total test.

206 pounds at 5'8... and you look pretty cut.. the low T certainly didnt stop you from putting on muscle!... your endo probably took one look at you and thought how could this guy be low in testoterone!!! hehe.
Yes the problem is with your endo... you just need tuning in with the the weekly test .... and then a couple of HCG injections at the end of the week to fill in the low spots and keep the testes in a functional state. I could not do TRT without HCG..... full stop!

I have very good genetics (3rd generation bodybuilder), and never used AAS or PH. I'm just lucky I guess.
