I need help guys. First time for bloodwork

So, I'm going to attach my blood work. I am on 2iu morning and 2iu nightly of hgh.
No AAS at the moment.
A little bit of background. I've been doing AAS for the last 12 years on and off. Normally when I come off, I stay on test on about 200 to 250 a week until I go back on. This last time, I stopped completely the last 5 months. Might explain why my test is so low. I am almost 39 years old, so that might be another reason. I have been tired most days and less active in the bedroom with my woman as well. I guess that explains it.

THIS IS MY FIRST TIME DOING BLOODWORK!!!

I know it's stupid, but I'm learning and obviously I've needed to get blood work done whenever I've been on and I am starting now.

I don't know what the hell does ALT means, but it don't seem like it's good?? Please only speak on it if you know exactly what it is. Because I don't want no assumptions and we get scared or carried away LOL.

Any questions, or anything you can help me out with. That would be greatly appreciated.

ALT is higher but nothing to worry about, provably elevated because of strenght training or maybe you drank some alcohol which bumps it up.

your hematocrit is more important

so I guess I need to donate blood(never did it), get back on my testosterone like I was planning and take some liver supplements as well. I do not drink at all and have not drink anything in the last 4 years or so. I was never really an alcoholic in the first place, but I did drink on the weekends for the most part.

Might be due to so many orals over the years.

ALT and AST are liver health markers.
After a quick glance, none of your high numbers appear to be grossly out of range. Your Test levels suck though.

Yeah, I honestly think it's because I've been on testosterone and AAS on and off for the last 12 years, but mainly on. Even when I come off of my cycle, I normally stay on at least around 200 to 250 a week. and like I said, this has been going on for about 12 years now. I actually came off completely and like November or so. And I guess that's why I've been really tired.
I'm going back on it tomorrow as soon as I wake up LOL

Yeah you should probably donate some blood, and/or maybe lower your trt dose a bit. I don’t think you need any liver supplements, if you’re worried about it just check again in 1 or 2 months and also check for gammagt.

your HDL and LDL would also be smart to check when on steroids

I could have sworn the test I got was for the HDL and LDL also. But I guess it wasn't.

Doesn't look to be too far out of range. I'd be more concerned with those test levels. Did you PCT or attempt a restart? Taking any other medications?
