I need help. (Health issues)

I'm in my 40's. Been on Blast and Cruise for a little over 4 years. No cycles before that, but haven't come "off" since starting. Would definitely be considered overweight by BMI standards but not obese. Bodyfat around 15%.

I'm having some serious issues. Last back day I lost my balance and my headspace for a second and landed on the ground. After some heavy Bent over barbell rows. During cardio I've been getting mild chest discomfort for a few months now, with instances of chest pain and light headedness. (This is most concerning to me) I do have high blood pressure but it is controlled with medication daily and diet. I've also got LVH, but no sign as of last ekg of cardiac dysfunction. I have been to the hospital before and have not shown signs of a heart attack.

I'm on a few things. TRT 100-120MG per week. (Split into two doses) Was using Arimidex, and Raloxifene. Although did try to pin 300 Mgs test last week Wenesday and said fuck it after becoming hypertensive.

I haven't pinned since. I discontinued the ai and ralox. I'm considering coming off completely. Either that or injecting daily after some more time off, doing a insulin syringe for a weekly total around 100MG.

Aside from telling me to see a doctor and or cardiologist, which I plan to. Please advise what you think I should do? And if coming off is advised, I'll admit I'm ignorant of PCT protocols. Honestly when I started I never researched them because I figured I'd always at least be on TRT. I also don't know how coming clean off will affect my normal physiology, as in specifically the heart.

Please help.

There's not much else to say. It could be something as minor as vertigo or something way more serious. You have a history of hbp and have LVH. Have your doctor refer you to a cardiologist and get a full physical done. Stress test, calcium score, ecto etc. An EKG doesn't reveal everything.

Aside from the above advice being spot on about getting some more thorough testing done, I wanted to ask why you are running the adex and ralox at a test dose of only 100-120mg week?

How does your bloodwork look on that protocol? Its anecdotal, but I tanked my estro years ago and I would get vertigo and could almost fall asleep standing up somedays.

What are your actual BP and RHR numbers as of late? Any tingles in the limbs?
