I need help losing some lbs

Ok sorry for the silly post but I need to lose like 30lbs, whats the best easiest way? I dont want to eat a bunch of complicated stuff all day just some plain and simple shit that's easy and cheap. Are these plank challenges or 30 day ab challenges worth the time? If not fill me in on what you would do. Thanks in advance.
 
Hell No. Easiest way to say it without making a paper on it is find out your TDEE and eat 500 less calories then that. 1 gram protein per lb. of body weight and .45 gram of fat and fill the rest up with carbs. Keep the same diet everyday and dont change nothing until you stop losing for a couple of weeks then drop 100 calories from your carbs. Fuck cardio I dont do it til I hit single digit body fat. TDEE calculators all over the internet.

Go play some basketball or jump rope for a few hours a week. Or just run around your neighborhood. Cardio and diet is key!
 
burn up more calories than you eat,, not hard to do, a walk here a walk there a little extra cardio, try not to reduce your calories until you have to, keeps you eating more, just take it nice and easy remember its a marathon not a race
