i need help on dosing and timing (noob)

CJC-1295 no dac 100mcg 2x day
armidex .25mg eod
ipamorelin 100mcg 2x day
1 pin first thing in the AM and one before bed.
i was thinking about doing 6-8 months.
should i do 3x a day? im a server, so timing may be an issue.
It comes with the water to mix it with, right?
i have a lot of questions, but im learning. Im open to advice/criticism.

I don't know own much about peptides but I do know that bac water is what you mix em with, and that's pretty widely available.

I believe the dosing for guys around 180-200 lbs is 100 mcg. You will be beyond saturation doses anything near or above 200 mcg.
