i receved the igf lr3 powder raw but no water solution :(

I just received my igf lr3 raw powder but I thought it would come with the water solution mixed already. I was so disappointed. so now I have to order the water solution and pay for another shipping what a head ache. but anyway im hoping u guys can help me out here how much water solution should I mix into the raw powder? the syringe I have is monoject 29g x 1/2 and how much should I inject? I hope u guys can walk me through this. well hope to hear back from u guys soon thanks

U can use distilled water.
