I think my free testosterone is low

What do you think about these lab results?

Total testosterone is 2330 ng/dL. I heard other people saying they have 5 to 8 times the free testosterone I have on the same total testosterone level.

For reference, the natural values were: 19.42 nmol/L (testosterone) and 27.38 pg/mL (free testosterone).

Should I deploy mesterolone? What doses?

I don't really have the motivation to do any blood tests now. I prefer to just assume it's the SHBG that causes the issues. There is no other explanation besides SHBG anyway.

First cycle? The longer you’re on the lower your shgb will be. That also doesn’t appear to be the sensitive. Did you get any other labs? You can calculate free T.

How much test are you taking and when were the labs drawn I. Relation to last pin? You’re still way above normal, still plenty of gains to be made.

I have been injecting 190 mg testosterone a week for 5 weeks. I increased the dose to 215 mg a week after I did the blood test you see in the image I uploaded.

I'm planning more blood tests soon. After the next one, depending on the e2 results, I will increase the dose to 250 mg. After the third one, to 300 mg. After the fourth one, to 400 mg. I may reach higher doses, such as 500 mg or 1 gram, but this depends on the blood work results.

My plan is big results with small doses. Can I go with 1 gram testosterone a week and increase my free testosterone many times? Yes, but I don't want to do it that way. Doubling doses won't double the results, but the side effects will be doubled.

I want to reach max 500 mg testosterone a week and a significant increase in free testosterone. I can achieve a significant increase by significantly increasing the testosterone dose, but this will likely significantly increase the side effects. That's why I'm thinking about using mesterolone, to increase free testosterone without increase the testosterone dose I use.

I'm a newbie and don't want to make huge risks yet. When I gain more experience, I will use bigger doses. For now, small doses are preferred. :)

Overthinking.
The thread is outdated, I'm past that point (190 mg).

I gave up on being worried.

I decided to keep increasing the dose slowly while doing blood tests but also ignoring the e2 level until I start experiencing e2 side effects. I saw posts by people who have 2 to 3 times higher e2 than I do, and they don't experience any side effects. I may be one of these people.

Yes, I do have AIs on hand.

interesting how people are difference, you're on 2330ng/dl Test Total with 190mg/week.

I'm on 1200ng/dl with 190mg Test per week too. This is my TRT.

You’re a newbie as you say who has been told by multiple members that you shouldn’t be doing the titration method but you’re going to continue to go up 50mgs lol … Maybe you should change your Username.

I have no advice for someone that won’t listen.

Who cares about numbers.

Try higher doses and see how they make you feel.
You want higher free test ? Switch to high doses transdermals instead of injections.

What's wrong with the titration method? As far as I know, it's the safest way to go, you do blood tests, then if everything is fine, you increase the dose a little bit, then you do another blood test and repeat...

Yes, I'm planning to increase the doses starting next week.

You mean transdermal gels (testosterone gels)? Aren't these inefficient and very expensive?

Document yourself on transdermals here, I've made several threads about them, I'm the reference on the topic.
