ICN Galenikas (Test Enanthate) -- Are They Good?

I remember not too long ago ICN galenikas were a well-bumped brand of test E. Are these still okay now? I thought there was some controversy over their production....a classifieds source carries them now and I'm wondering if they're decent, moreso than other brands of test E. Thanks a lot!
