IF and Ped’s

I wanna get straight to the point due to the many different perspectives and opinions to this subject, does peds increase the benefits of fasting ? ( Typical IF between 16 and 42 hours ), is it a waste of gear ? Can you retain or even gain muscle while fasting ? Im currently on Sus 500mg/pw and nandrolone 300mg/pw to treat shoulder injury and help me feel better, thank you.
 
IF decrease the benefit from PEDs because you arent taking advantage of the anabolic effect from ingesting protein and the increased insulin sensitivity/nutrient partitioning.


Sure, you can retain muscle on IF. I wouldnt put myself in a deficit when recovering from an injury/surgery, you want your body to thrive during this time.
