This is the ultimate in reading about research conducted with IGF-1 LR.

These are difficult to read research articles. The scientific community is looking seriously into uses of IGF-1 LR, specifically, looking for ways to track it and its affect on insulin levels. I wish I could understand half of what is written here. What I get out of it is that it seems to work in certain areas than "native" IGF-1 or 2.
Being PDF files, you can save it for future reference.
If we have any scientists that would like to guide this discussion, I would be more than pleased.
