I was just curious if anyone has run IGF-1 longer then 30 days. Is their any info or studies on this.
Has anyone tried to up the dose after 25-30 days to see if you can still make gains.
Anyone have any personal experience with this.

I think its more practical to do 4 weeks on 4 weeks off... Ive been told that over a long period of time this will lead to less insulin resistance in the body vs if you just stayed on indefinitly...

This time around, I'm running it with GH again but for as long as I continue to see gains. GH increases satellite cell mitosis, which is most likely the limiting factor on IGF-1 cycles, so we'll see

Are you also running insulin? What type of gh protocol are you doing? I've seen many conflicting ways to "cycle" or stay on gh nonstop -- what are your thoughts?

What else can you guys say about this IGF-1 LONG 3? I have 3 KITS and would like to run GH with it too.

I run GH ED no breaks. the only legit reason for any on/off scheduling is spreading out your supply of GH to make it last longer.

I shoot AM and then pwo (endo suppression is no concern, because I'm also injecting LR3 pwo, which will suppress for ~8-12hrs). Yes, I'm using insulin with LR3.
