i had not done much research on peptides or gh until recently. my stepdad a body builder for close to 20 years told me i should look into it when i was asking him if and N.O boosters actually work (after researching that L-arginine supplements have very little if any ability to increase vascularity orally) because i wanted to increase my pump at the gym and endurance. he told me to check out igf-1 lr3 and provided me with the domestic source that he had used for his.
so the more research i did the more i found it was used to treat injury but couldn't find anything on long term injury. i have arthritis and bone spurs in my left shoulder that really hold me back from achieving my potential with benching, inclined bench, shoulder press and basically and forward pushing motion that i lift with. has anyone had any experience with it helping in that department?
also i didnt really find information with igf-1 increasing vascularity, only recovery time which does sound like a fantastic benefit.
