I am going to start taking slin along with my IGF-1. My question, which I have not heard any answers as of yet, is should I divide the slin into a morning and post work out shot, or will this leave too much IGF/slin in my system with the bi-daily shots.
I know that IGF-1 increases slins effects and visa versa. So...if I take 30ius of IGF in the am with slin, then they should both be active for MUCH longer periods of time then by themselves. So, the morning slin/igf will still be active at the time i take the second dose of slin/igf post workout........sounds like too much activity.

Perhaps I should take igf in the morning and post workout, but the slin only post workout....say 7ius of slin and 30ius of IGF in the same syringe.....is this what you bros think would be the best idea.

Please only comment if you have experience with these products.
thanks

I have to clarify one thing first. the 2 compounds are synergistic, to an extent, but that in no way implies they will make eachother last longer in your system.
I would suggest taking the IGF-1 at one time point )post w/o) bilaterally into the muscles just worked. You can take the slin post w/o as well. You can do a.m. slin too if your workouts aren't in the a.m. I assume you've taken slin before....? If not, you shouldn't be starting at 2x/day or at 7 IUs. BTW, IGF-1 usually isn't measured in IUs.
