Illia "Golem" Yefimchyk Training Split:
Finish every workout with Middle Back Exercise (or something you want to bring up. Extra volume/stimulation)

Shoulder
Hamstring(with lower back and glutes as movers as well)
Chest
Legs
Back
Arms

Repeat no days off, but day off every now and then. Middle Back finisher every workout.

This splits seems more for those who are already developed, however it can be used by anyone of course. No rules and doing something is better than nothing.

Legs get 2 days. Row as finisher is added volume for Back, rear delts, Biceps, ect.
Alot of pressing movements in the week, so Triceps get some good volume. With arms on their own day, added volume when you think about Triceps getting work with pressing movements, and Biceps getting work on back day.

I would most likely rotate a row and a vertical pulldown for daily finishers.
Of course we aren't trying to destroy ourselves on the finisher. Just added stimulation and volume.

My chest and shoulders grow easily and are already developed. So this Split could actually work for me. I say that because with this split, Chest and Shoulders aren't hit directly again for 5 days, (on 6th day).
