Two weeks ago, My knee swelled up after doing squats. That wasnt so bad- took a week off from legs and worked upper body. Went back to legs, knee's fine but on the leg press I got this horrific twinge-pop in my lower back. I can barely get up out of a chair, cant bend over w/out mucho pain. Im in 4th week of test-deca cycle. Im gonna assume Im outta commission a week or so. My question is do I stop the cycle for however long or just continue it?? Would appreciate any advice

Thanks, bros

First of all you may have ruptured a disk. If you get any pain, tingling, or numbness in your legs (mine was specifically the left leg) then that is probably what happened. But I would have it checked out by a doctor asap. If it wasn't a bad rupture you may not even get those other symptoms. If you did rupture a disk, then I would guess you should probably end your cycle cause I doubt you'll be in the gym at all. If it was a just a muscle injury, I dunno. Depends on how long it takes to heal I guess.

See a doc...

If you have the health insurance, I say see a doc and get a diagnosis as to what you have and howlong it may take to heal. I think that would be the best route as far as determining whether to end your cycle. You don't want to prematurely end a cycle if you going to bounce back quickly with some good rest and active recovery. Then on the opposite side you should end the cycle if you've unfortunately seriously hurt yourself and are going to be outa commission awhile. I've had bros who don't have health insurance, lower their AS doses to almost a maintance dose while they rest and make a self-determination as to whether their backs/other injuries are going to keep them out a long/short amount of time. Then if they feel better shortly they can ramp up the doses again quickly or if they don't feel better end their cycle and recoup. It is really dependent on recovery time so if you have access to a doc (xrays, mri's, professional evaluation) go for it, if you don't have the money for a doc you can do what i've seen some bros do and lower your dosages and self-evaluate. Good luck...

Also....

Also just to add to my above post, cutting back your doses will lower water retention and help alleviate water pressure on your lower back which may ease the pain. Good luck...
