"Im breaking out" How can I get rid of my acne??

I started to breakout on my shoulders and back.....how do I get rid of the acne...

Ive heard tanning and accutane would work..... can anyone help out a bro!!!!???

If someone could get me some accutane or reccomend me to a legit bro who supplies accutane i would appreciate it....

Same is happening to me. I've been on B-5 (5000mgs a day, 1000mg at a time) It help a ton. Try it out.

I've never tried accutane but I heard that you shouldn't take it during a cycle, I'm not an expert however. For me I use a quality facial soap on my shoulders and scrub with a loofa sponge in the shower. That along with tanning minimizes acne for me. Bj

I had same problem in the past. Tea tree oil and tea tree oil soap hae worked awesome for me over the years. It is cheap and can be purchased at Vitamin World or GNC.

accutane is fine on a cycle as long as you are not taking something
that is also hard on the liver--i.e...winny tabs.

I was using BenzaClin...I think that is how you spell it...antibiotic creme..need a prescription, it ain't benzoil peroxide, I haven't seen it around online or heard anyone talk about it...but if you go to the doctor they will know about it and give you a Rx for it

I live in hawaii the guys over here just get in the ocean and all the acne just goes away and fast not to mention you get a great tan!!! If you can go to the beach

All the ideas previously stated are solid. My advice would be to try some over the counter meds. I used prescription acne meds for years, but what finally started working for me was those Oxy clean pads. Just like gear, what works for some may not work for others so you may have to try a variety of products, but if your acne is fairly mild you can treat it with over the counter stuff.

b/c of the salt in the ocean and the sun dries up your skin and hence the acne
