Hey, I'm a newb trying to get a bigger chest. I seem to be plateauing, I was doing flat barbell presses, decline barbell press, incline dumbell press, and my smith machine has a butterfly(I think it called this) setup on it that I was usingAnd I have gone up any weight in a while. I've heard good things about superset workouts and found these one online. Anyone have any feedback for me?

Focus on your incline but do not dismiss your flat. Also there is proper techniques to chest, majority of people into play they're triceps and shoulders that's why they're chest lack so much development.

it's all about body mechanics ..
Tri Pecker Deck before bench, to pre exhaust..

200 pushups a day, will get chest big, but
again, some people, like myself, get bigger front delts... Pre exhaust is best ..

or push hands together to keep tension on chest during bench or pushups

I have found this to be true as well... When I bench now I make my chest do most of the work instead of shifting all the focus to my shoulders and triceps... it may take some time and you will have to use less weight till you get it down but in the long run it will be well worth it to have a balanced physique. It's about having a mind to muscle connection and it takes time just keep doing what your doing you will get there. I still do flat bench and that along with Dips are my favorite chest exercises... I go heavy weight low reps on Flat bench and higher reps on the incline... It's been working and well and I have been doing this for awhile. Incline, Flat bench and Dips are all I'm doing right now.. I also do pullovers sometimes to really stretch my upper chest and they work well as a finisher. I like to do dips much better than fly's and I feel they work much better. You just need to use a wide grip dip bar and make sure you go ALL the way down to really get the stretch, doing partial reps is pointless on dips imo... I never got much out of dumb bell fly's... I think you should focus on progressively increasing the weights your using on bench press and your chest will grow as you can move heavier weights... That is going to be the key for you IMO... Rather than just trying to kill your chest from every angle possible if you just increase the weight your using it will grow... Keep it simple, don't overdo it and make sure your progressing and size will come along with strength increases.... There is no magic exercise or order of different chest exercises that is just magically going to make your chest grow...
