Hi everyone. I've been reading this forum for a few months and finally decided to register.
I am new to AAS, in fact I am still learning and reading up on available info to prepare for my first blast.
I'm over 40 now. Started lifting at 30, but slowed down around 2019 first because my gym partner moved across the country and then COVID struck and the gyms around me closed. In my best shape people I met were noticing I am lifting, but I got nowhere close to people who take bodybuilding seriously.
I was ready to get back into gym fresh out of covid, but quite soon was diagnosed with bilateral DCO from my pre-COVID adventures. Went into surgery on one side thinking I will quickly recover - I've had multiple ACL replacements in both knees, which didn't take much time to recover, but the shoulder was a completely different story - for at least 9 months I couldn't lift anything - I lift a bar and it feels like someone is cutting into my shoulder with butcher's knife. This was before I discovered BPC157. So that contributed to killing the motivation for some time. Most of my old lean mass transformed into fat. Fortunately with the help of tirz it all went away and I am ready to grow back the muscle. My goal is to get back to a shape I had 5-6 years ago - I'll be happy if I could just stay there, but growing bigger would also be okay, I just don't have such goals. I think AAS will help me get there sooner.
I am planning on doing a single 12-week blast with PCT this year because we are thinking about concieving later this year or early next year. I'll freeze the swimmers beforehand just in case, but I'm planning on pinning HCG throughout the blast.

I am planning this blast as if it is the one and only blast in my life, so I'm thinking about adding Primo.

I am still learning and will be grateful for any advice. Here is my plan for the 12-weel blast:
Test C 500/week pinned every 3.5 days
Primo E 400/week pinned every 3.5 days
HCG 250IU pinned EOD

E2 control: Asin, Test P

I may dial down on Primo if I end up crashing E2. I may also switch to Test P towards the end of the cycle - need to do some work with plotter to run the numbers.

PCT: 4 weeks:
First two weeks: 20mg Nolva daily
Last two weeks: 10mg Nolva daily

Bloodwork: baseline before cycle, then every 2 weeks (since I am new and need some data for better E2 control). Larger interval after completing PCT to confirm I'm getting back to normal. I've prepaid for labs during Black Friday sale - got a good deal, so no reason not to use it.

I am pinning tirz 2.5mg/week, CJC/IPA 200+200 mcg 5 days a week and BPC157+TB500 300+300 mcg 5 days a week.

I am on statin and Fin and planning on adding topical minoxidil to compensate for more DHT on cycle.

One newbie question I have is what do I do to get a TRT script? I get that scoring low on T after pinning T is easy, but wouldn't FH LSH numbers also be off?

Harm reduction statement:
I filter all of my peptides with 0.2um PES filter, including the ones from compounding pharmacies. Planning on doing the same with oils using 0.22um teflon filters. Speaking of oils - I still don't have enough priviledges to post in underground, but I think I have a second documented case of QSC premium testing oils containing filter fibers. I can IM the video if anyone is interested. Filter your gear.

Welcome.
Have you done any bloodwork already to see where your test levels are at now?
I’m also in my 40’s (late) so I kinda get where you’re coming from in your thinking.
The one and only cycle…….sounds good in theory, but I highly doubt it. That’s unless you have such a miserable experience you decide it’s not worth the roller coaster. Have you considered finding your natural levels now and using trt levels to optimize them?
See how far that takes you. Then move up in doses monitoring your bloodwork and progress.

It took my a few months just to dial in a trt dose to see where I felt best.
You’ll do what you choose, but just thought id mention a few things to think about. Good luck brother!!

Thanks. I have not done bloodwork yet - will do that in the coming two weeks. Instructions say I shouldn't ejaculate 48 hours before the lab, which proves to be difficult lol. This probably means that I am not in the low T territory yet - I just want a script for CYA reasons and easier conversations with the doctors.

I realize that many people here thought about a single blast - that's why I am saying single blast this year. Once I get my girl pregnant, I may continue down this path or even switch to B+C.

I'm also over 40. Glad you are back on track for your fitness goals!

First get bloodwork. Then state your goals and stats not just I want to get back into shape like 5 years ago or get bigger. What’s your weight and height, what’s your training and diet, how long have you been training again. I want to be X weight or Y body fat l, I want to gain 10 lbs of muscle. You should do that for yourself to then hold yourself accountable and track success. Sharing it head can get you detailed feedback.

If you spend anytime reading on here you’ll see for a first blast, assuming you have the bloods, training and diet down, is test 300-500mg and have an ai in hand. No reason to risk more sides by adding more and then you can see how you respond. Your first blast will do wonders if everything is in order for training and diet.

Other option is what the other poster said, take trt dose and you’ll lose bf and gain muscle then decide if you still want to blast and if so it will be even more effective if you’re already in really good shape.
