Been on my current diet since 4/6 and have dropped about 25lbs and am now stuck! Lost 1 lb in the last 3 weeks. I lift for an hour a day 4 days a week and cardio is about 30min usually elliptical 3 times a week. My diet has been steady, about the same everyday as I posted in my DNP log.
Any opinions to get over the hump and back to losing? I have been taking some ripped fuel everyday with minimal sweating. I have plenty of clen on hand but have been staying away from it for no real reason. Looking to drop about another 20 to get back to where I should be.
