In a funk

past 3 days have had awful workouts. Feel sluggish.. dragging ass. Really don't feel like working out at all. Do you guys ever feel like this.. if so what helps you get it of this funk...
I'm running test prop currently.

Literally have my eyes closed on the bench haha

Take a couple days off and find a new workout routes that gets you excited to hit the gym again
 
It happens man. I've been swamped with work and haven't been in the gym for three days. I'd suggest taking a few days off too.
 
I get hit with that too...
Last three weeks have been so busy I've only hit the gym once a week... And I never miss..
You just have to stay on the horse and remember why you're doing it...
 
Find those like three minute bodybuilding motivation videos on YouTube and listen to those as you're training. Hearing Andy Frisella or Seth Feroce yelling "quit being a pussy" usually helps
I play these types of videos all the time in the gym and now it's o where I prefer them over just music.
 
I think it's the heat. Arizona is hot. It's supposed to be 120 this week. It's honestly suppressing my appetite. It's been awful. I had to find a new gym because every franchise gym is packed in the summer time. With 120 degree heat and a packed gym it's hell on earth.
