Increasing appetite

Any advice from the guys who work outside during the summer? I’m an ironworker (rod) and I’ve always found it crazy difficult to eat in the insane fucking heat. Most times I’ll try and eat as much as I can in the am/pm. Usually this time of year I’m cutting or cruising after my cut. But due to coronavirus this year I’m bulking again, I’m going to bulking all the way till next spring is my plan. Straight beast mode for 10 months LOL. Anyway any tips guys? Thanks.
 
Chicken and rice, or tuna and rice, or pretty much anything mixed with rice just feels “light” to me, dosent weigh me down a lot. For bulking you can add a little bbq sauce to it, or any condiment you prefer. I can do rice when it’s hot, or cold outside. Just trying to give you some ideas.
 
I understand, I work outside for 12 hours a day. My main go-to is shakes. I make up 4 mass gainer shakes in the morning.

Another one is Gatorade, I'm thirsty anyway, And it's another 1300 calories or some shit per gallon. I know it's straight sugar, But when I'm on cycle, It doesn't seem to matter.

Finally, Put a couple of protein bars in you lunch bag. Any time you feel that you could stuff one down, Do it.
 
Mk made me hungry af. Like immediately. About 2 hours after the first dose. I had to be careful not to eat myself sick.

It also made me hold water like a motherfucker. I could feel it hanging on me. Worst edema I've ever had.

With subsequent use both side effects really diminished.

I still havent really made up my mind how useful I find it.

Can say I got it from the same source someone else mentioned and def seemed to be what it was supposed to be. Start at less than 25mg daily and see how it effects you.

Agreed. Mk, or sarms in general are garbage imho. Mk made me hold water as well, and made me look fat again. Fuck sarms

That’s one of my concerns I’m already running test npp mast, not holding any water. I hate water retention. I usually run tren but wanted to give npp a try.
