infection with zero pain

Is it possible to have an infection with zero pain.... or is this impossible. Just a question.... Thought I had an infection, but there is zero pain, just a little itch from the stretched dry skin and the normal heat that comes from all shots.

Just want to know if there is any way I have an infection with zero pain in the area or around it.?????

Keep an eye on it, it might just be a little iritation from the BA or even an allergic reaction to some ester (some guys are allergic to propionate, for example).......I would watch it though, see what happens. If it goes away then its nothing, if it gets worse.....go to the doc.
