Injectable Cyanocobalamin

I could get B12 shots at my Doctors, easy enough, but it has just become more convenient for me to do it myself. I travel a great deal internationally, and different countries have different policies regarding B-12 shots, its just easier to do it myself.

My need is a need, rather than a desire, as my body doesn't make intrinsic factor any more, so I need the B-12 shots.

I'm having difficulty finding good quality 1000mcg B-12 Cyanocobalamin. All previous resources within the USA have fallen foul of RX protection, even though it isn't illegal to use off script, for some reason the feds have clamped down on it.

So, does anyone have any ideas where I can obtain good quality 1000mcg Cyanocobalamin B-12 injectable?
