Injection sites

since ive upped my dosages ive been pinning 3 or 4 times a week due to my misfortune taking big shots. This has led to my 3 injection sites not taking the injections how they used too. I’m looking for tips on new injection sites besides my dept, thigh and glute. I really only use my left delt and right glute. Do I just need to man the fuck up and explore my other spots or can I pin my calf?

three shots a week with that many locations shouldn’t be a problem at all tbh.

Pecs and lats are pretty easy. I’ve injected up to 2cc in both with no issues.
 
Some folks can tolerate the quads. I can't for some reason, lots of nerves there or something, but some folks don't have a problem at all.

Broham, don't pin your calves lol.

Also, upper area above your gluts just next to the hip, works great.
 
Delts, Glutes, ventroglutes, and lats for me. First try with a quad injection had me limping for over a week almost 10yrs ago and I’m still too chicken shit to try it again.

Same with the limping shit was wild. I’ll check the ventros out.
 
VG is the most uncofortable for me, last shot had me limping with a pain radiating down on my knee, never again. I'm doing side delts, rear delts, pecs and lats and i've used 1,5ml eod with no problems at all. With 8 sites eod means you'll hit the same spot every ~2 weeks, which is more than enough.

Is there a reason you don't pin bilaterally every spot?

How do you even turn your body all the way to hit it at a 90degree angle?

Yes i have one that made a big difference. First ~50 shots i did it with classic twisting and there were times i had nasty chest cramps from my pinning hand trying to reach the rear delt.

The greatest way to do it is putting your elbow of the pinning hand against the wall or a door frame to take the tension off your chest. This way you can easily reach your rear delt, no matter how big or stiff you are.

Raise your pinning hand straight at the height of your eyes, close your elbow at 90 degrees and then push your elbow against the wall until you reach your rear delt.

Regarding the injection site, best thing to do as always is to not flex the muscle but if your rear delts are not developed enough it may require to move your arm in a position that rear delt pops out a little bit, it's fine and i pin there either flexed or completely chill. For me it's the less pippy site while side delts for example give me pip for 1 day. I'm doing 1,5ml in the rear delts no problem but obviously i suggest to start lower and don't go full bore, like every virgin muscle.

If your rear delts are not enough developed i'd say to pin with half inch needles, if they have enough muscle you can pin with 1 inch. I prefer 1 inch as i like to go deep.

side delts, glutes and quads for me.
0,9ml 3x per week, thats 6 injection sites and every muscle is hit every 14 days. quads are most comfortable.

Lol protect tongue at all costs, don’t let it loose because if you hit a nerve you might scoop it from the floor ;)
 
Now I do almost exclusively quads bc I have like 3 sites per quad easy

I believe everyone who seeks new spots should try at least the basics (like, no calves obviously) because you never know what suits you well.

Most guys love VG but for me it wasn't good, i have to say the most convenient spot so far is rear delts. Lowest (if any) pip or blood vessels. I've done up to 1,5ml and some bigger guys put 2ml. It's not a big muscle to hold more but it's great for frequent rotation.

Most guys complaining about quads but if it treats you well then great, 3 spots per quad is cool.
