Injuries Mid Cycle

So I had started a cycle about 3 weeks ago and was looking to really push my lifts higher and I had really big hopes for it as I was feeling good going into it. I was squatting the other day and I tore my hamstring tendon. My doctor confirmed it and Im to go to physio and it should be healed in 8 weeks or sooner according to my doc. This is such a let down for me as I put a lot of effort into my cycle, diet, and training program and I was making shit tons of progress pre injury. But now thats not the case and it puts me in the position of whether I continue the cycle or not and how to go about training. I'm thinking about coming off and just cruising until I'm fully healed and already back squatting/deadlifting the numbers I was hitting before. Then running it over again from the start. Or, since I'm already 3 weeks in to continue the cycle and switch to a lighter weight higher rep bodybuilding split and maybe focus on bench. Id like to hear any experiences you've had or advice you come up with!

At only 3 weeks in I would drop everything and cruise with some GH/bpc/tb. Continue to train what doesn’t hurt, the atrophy from not training movements where hams are involved will come back super fast once you start up again. Don’t turn one injury into several/chronic ones.

Yeah thats probably the smartest thing to do. It just fucking blows. Ive never used gh but Ive been wanting to and heavily considered adding it to this cycle. It just ending up being to pricy but I might pull the trigger on it. What kinda dosage would you use in this case? 4IU/d or would 2 be sufficient?
