So the last 3-4 days I have had swelling in my right forearm originating mostly near the wrist.

The only thing coming to mind I might have done 5 days ago when I did chest I couldn't sit my dumbbells right the bar was digging into my damn leg. I had that "bad idea" moment ignored it and kicked up the right arm (I always start this arm because I have had tennis AND golf elbow recent on my right side so kicking the dumbbells up causes pain and makes me a bit weaker than my left) and I got a dumbbell to my face basically.

When I kicked the left leg up my right arm caved as it wasn't going up correctly. I thought nothing of it and finished my workout.

Fast forward to the next day im noticing typing on my phone causing a weird feeling in my extensors like a burning feeling but with pump and lactic acid burn added in. It gets worse the more I use the arm, a few hours go by wham I get a funky painful pump on the top of my forearm on the right side. It knots up on me pretty bad with darkish coloring I don't see bruising it looks at times like one area is more tan or something.

Ive been pissed as fuck at all times since. This shit HURTS its like a pump you cant stand. Ive had similar in the past running dbol on the front of my shins. That would come and go this has gone nowhere. Ice does nothing. Aleve does almost nothing. Keeping arm elevated is helpful in that if arm is not elevated swelling gets worse.

I would say the condition is greatly improved compared to when it knotted up but last couple days i havent seen it get better (or worse) tho it gets more painful the more i use my right hand.

Maybe connected maybe not but the day before the main swelling happened I upped my GH to 4ius in the AM. This is my first time using it and I stayed at 2ius a while and really liked it then I decided to basically skip 3iu and went to 4. I mention this because the swelling/pain is distinctly worse about an hour after my shot lasting several hours.

Running tren e 300 week test various esters 800ish a week.

Also recently added berberine daily sometimes i take 3 one at a time sometimes just 2 at once for the day.

Was running humulin r ramped up to 15 preworkout a la Mike Arnold protocol with hydrolyzed whey carbolyn.

I dont want to go to the hospital if i can avoid it.

I think right now im going to immobilize my arm with a brace and drop my GH down to 3. I had an old friend who used to get pitted edema on his shins from GH (dont recall his dose but i think 9ius or similar) I dont know if what Im experiencing is similar to but I know my damn body. I didnt injure my arm with the dumbbell I dont think. Maybe I did because Ive beeb wearing an epi-strap for some time and maybe this weakened my forearm muscles im not sure )

Love to hear what you think. Advice sought, will be listened to and appreciated.

I turned 40 last June I swear on my fucking life ive never had so much bullshit happen physically in one year not even a whole year! It started at 39 actually.
