The only thing i can think of is diet wise not enough cals. Curb heavy weight training. Curbed cardio.

Meal 1: 8-10 oz chicken ww toast 2 eggs tomatos muti vit
Meal 2: protein oatmeal w/6 egg whites
Meal 3: protein oatmeal w/sardines
Meal 4: 8-10 beef turkey or chicken 1/4 rice 1/2 cup veges
Meal 5: protein shake 50gms
Meal 6: can of sardines or salmon
Snacks : 1/4 almonds

I was thinking not enough carbs. What do you guys think?

Injuries from your diet are of going to happen without some serious nutritional deficiencies that would also show up with many other sides. Injuries are primarily a result of improper loading for a lift for that particular day, or bad form or form degradation from fatigue, or either over the long run. I'd look into your form on the lifts that you got the injury from

Ok i will look over my form. Both injurys where in my house though. My leg got caught and pull a hamstring. Then some bitch left her shit on the floor and i sliped and fell on my shoulder. Either way when i was younger i never got hurt so it could be something at the gym over fatigued and overworking. I will try to go over the basics. Thanks

Those just sound like freak injuries to me. Nothing preventable about them but I wasn't there....

I was actually checking my form today. Even though its not bad im sure i can inprove on it. I think going back to basics is where its at. Whenever i go up in considerably more weight i reduce it for a week or two. Just to kinda reset and watch my lifting form and slow negatives. Thanks bro. Seems i just let the form slip a lil bit.

No one will ever have perfect form. The day you think you do is the day you stop improving it. Even the most successful powerlifters need to address form issues constantly.

Your diet looks good bro, certainly good enough to not be the direct culprit of your recurring injuries IMPO. Not sure how this applies to you, but I've noticed a sharp increase in my ability to get injured, and a sharp decrease in my ability to quickly recover from injuries after I turned 29. Right around there it was like a switch went off, and I could no longer get away with not taking preventative measures to prevent injuries. I'm turning 32 soon, and I go into the gym now expecting to get injured unless I do everything I can to prevent it (e.g., thorough stretching, several warm up sets, etc.). Maybe its age related ? Like I said not sure if this applies, but ive definitely noticed a huge change recently in myself that is age related. Maybe try stretching every morning when you wake up, and before bed. Try to drink more water? Sorry I'm just spit-balling here.

Hmmmm yes this is something also that i have to consider. Thanks for the input and yes i don't heal as fast as i use to.
Ever scar tissue and bruises.

I've getting nailed by injuries the last two years also. Mostly freak accident type of things (a 200lbs dog pulled my shoulder out of socket), broke a toe trying to catch a frisbee, barefooted.

Training wise, I have been solid up until last week. Pulled something in my elbow doing Arnold presses.

Your diet does look good. I would make sure your fluid intake is proper and maybe add some extra vita C Vita E to make sure.
