These things just started a couple of months ago out of nowhere. And it only happens on back squats.
No matter the volume, or the exercise, the weight, or the muscle...nothing. here lately everytime I get into my working set on squats, at the end of my set its like a bomb goes off in my skull. I'm not talking too crazy weight. Just very good deep 315 for 12.
It just starts at the base of my neck and wraps around my whole skull and everytime I swear it's the end of days.
Has anyone ever seen this? I don't want to get rid of squats. They are my best exercise, but man...these headaches have become not worth it. I'm honestly not sure how they haven't made me pass out yet.
