Anyone get insomnia from anastrozole even at really low dose?

How you know it's Arimidex that's causing your sleep issue or you're guessing? As for me, don't have any issue taking Arimidex..

Other variables are controlled besides stress. No caffeine after 8 am.

I had some insomnia issues when I started my last cycle but I'm not sure if it was my AI or something else. I just went out and bought some melatonin and didn't have any issues after.

He said other variables are controlled. To me that means he's not taking aas because if he were then it most defiantly be that rather than. Adex keeping him up.

I have the opposite problem when I take my adex dose i knock the fuck out for hours.

Yeah it is not being taken by itself. Low doses of AAS alone have never caused insomnia IME.
