I'm relatively unhappy with the quality of the rubber stoppers on the pre-sealed sterilized vials I've purchased. Puncturing with even a 25g causes coring and puts floaters in the oil.
I see we can use an Instapot brand pressure cooker as an autoclave. Will decent quality rubber stoppers survive the heat of this sterilization method or should the stoppers be sterilized via another way, ie isopropyl alcohol?
